Seeking essays for Scholarly Editing
As a section editor with Scholarly Editing, I am always interested in new work and proposals for our rolling call. Submissions may discuss archival preservation, editing and curation, approaches to teaching and presenting edited material, or reflections on any stage of the scholarly editing process. Essays are invited from across disciplines, time periods, and geographic borders.
I welcome proposals from independent scholars, archive and library professionals, and cultural stewards in community organizations, including those who are new to scholarly publications. We can work together on your vision. I especially invite essays on structurally neglected cultural records such as those regarding Black history, disability stories, and queer and trans experience, as well as those concerned with community-engaged cultural records like oral history.
